1 Automated Deployment of Software Containers Using Dockers
Dr. Latika Kharb
Abstract – Over time, due to increased product functionalities, software projects have become more and more complex and along with increasing work completion pressures, the software projects are required to be accomplished in lesser amount of time but with fewer people. In this paper, our focus is on exploring the docker technology: from defining the basic characteristic features, their advantages and limitations to the question behind our minds related to its performance analysis: how docker could help in building better software and lead to some good reproducible research as compared to virtual machines. IT organizations could shrink application delivery from years to months and can achieve up to fifteen times greater efficiency in their use of computing resources by using Docker. Docker containers bind a block of module that contains everything it needs to run: the source code, output and libraries - anything that one can be installed on a domain: this ensures that it will always run similarly without any environmental constraints.

13 Influence of Air Gap on Thermal Performance of Composite System
Dr.R.Uday Kumar, Dr.P.Ravinder Reddy
Abstract – Composite is a material that consists of at least two constituents of distinct phases or combination of phases which are bonded together along the interface in the composite, each of which originates from a separate ingredient material which pre-exists the composite. Many engineering applications of practical utility involves heat transfer through a medium composed of two or more materials of different thermal conductivity arranged in series or parallel. The composite systems such as the walls of refrigerator, hot cases, I.C. engine combustion chambers, cold storage plants, hot water tanks. Which always have some kind of insulating material between the inner and outer walls. A hot fluid flowing inside a tube covered with a layer of thermal insulation is another one of a composite system because in this case the thermal conductivities of tube metal and insulation are different. The problem of heat transfer through the composite systems can be solved by the applications of thermal resistance concept. The procedure for solving one dimensional, steady state heat conduction problems for composite systems comprising parallel plates, coaxial cylinders, or concentric spheres. In general in this cases, the resistance due to interface contact is consider due to imperfect thermal contact between series and parallel layers in the composite systems. In this paper evaluated actual and theoretical resistance of composite wall system and influence of air gap resistance on thermal performance of composite system. Heat transfer is increased with decreases in air gap resistance of composite system obtained.

Abstract – Recycled aggregates comprised of crushed, graded inorganic particles processed from the materials that have been used in the constructions and demolition debris. This study aims to develop the best economic solution by use of that demolition debris as recycled aggregate in structural concrete to reduce the environmental impact, the main objective of this paper is to investigate the hardness properties of Recycled Aggregates & Recycled Concrete Aggregate including abrasion test, impact value test & water absorption test on aggregates while slump, compressive strength, tensile strength & modulus of elasticity on fresh & hard concrete, which will give a better understanding on the properties of concrete with recycled aggregates, as an substitute material to virgin coarse aggregate in structural concrete. To determining the above properties of the recycled aggregate by studying the influence of limited percentage of recycled aggregate in concrete. The Laboratory trials were conducted with the aggregate size of 10-20mm, there were total of six batches of two concrete mixes M30 with 0.42 w/c & M20 with 0.5 w/c, consist of 00%, 40% & 60% of recycled aggregate replacement. The workability of concrete will be decreased as the amount of recycled aggregate increased but in the end, is considerable in the mix as it is still under the limits. This was evaluated through standard slump test. For strength characteristics, the results showed a gradually decreasing in modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, compressive strength as the percentage of recycled aggregate used in the specimens increased but at last most of the results were satisfactory & under the limits.
